Neumann Softball Goes 1-2 at NCAA Regional

Providence, R.I., - The Neumann University softball team ended its season on Saturday with a 7-5 loss to Kean University in the NCAA Regionals in Providence, R.I hosted by Rhode Island College. The Knights opened the tournament with a 3-0 loss to Moravian before beating Baruch 10-1.
In the elimination game against Kean Stephanie Marrone and Kim Kirkpatrick each had two hits for the Knights. Kirkpatrick added three RBI and Marrone scored two runs. Neumann ended the season 27-18.
