Sunderhaus, who carries a 3.98 grade-point average while majoring in both Forensic Science and Genetic Engineering, was one of just five All-District selections in District 4, which encompasses all NCAA Division-III schools in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The  All-Academic honor  rewards varsity student-athletes who attain a  grade-point average of  3.2 or higher during their season of  competition.  The Fall  All-Academic Team encompasses student-athletes  who participated in the  sports of men's and women's soccer, men's and  women's cross country,  women's tennis, women's volleyball, and field  hockey.

Currently the head coach at NCAA Division-II Shippensburg, Landes led  PBU for 19 seasons, compiling a record of 184-56-16 (.744) and winning  14 Philadelphia Association of Intercollegiate Athletics for Women  (PAIAW) championships between 1980-98.
